国外からの稽古者規則
第4条の2 入館(入門)稽古資格者
居合斬術を修練したい者で、館長の承認を得た者は入館(入門)出来る。
但し、反社会的勢力の構成者、交友者、その風評者及び粗暴言動者は入館を禁ずる。
有資格者及び同人の同道者でも、師範館長、代行、副館長、師範代の裁量により、
入館禁止及び見学禁止の措置を取り、同人等はこれに従わなければならない。
師範館長、副館長、館長代行及び師範代は、全てにおいて臨機応変に運用する事とし
稽古者はそれに従わなければならない。
第1 法令、規則の厳守
稽古者は、日本国法令及び游神館規則を厳守する事。
規則違反者は退館となり、法令違反者は司法官憲に委ねる。
1、伯耆流の稽古
(1) 稽古は模擬刀を使い、その時間は随時休憩を含め概ね一回90分とする。
(2) 概ね午前10時から11時30分迄と午後2時から午後3時30分迄。
(3) 時間外の自己鍛錬は館長の許可を得て行う。概ね生活時間帯の午前9時から
午後9時迄の間。
(4) 稽古費用
1日2000円。午前と午後どちらか1回の場合も1日分とする。
2,巻きわら斬り実践稽古
(1)正館員の規則に準じて行うが、館員の稽古を優先する。
(2) 稽古費用は、一回 1500円。
(3) 刀賃貸料は、一回 500円。
3、費用の支払いはその都度若しくは、週末に支払う事。
第2 稽古以外の日常規定
1、館員、その関係者及び周辺居住者には敬意を払い、争いは厳禁。
2、事件事故は、司法官憲に委ね、火災及び器物損壊は故意過失を問わず当事者は
自己責任において損害賠償をしなければならない。
4、宿泊は游神館二階に可能、但し3週間以内。友人等の連れ込み等は厳禁。
5、自炊者は、二階の冷蔵庫、ガスコンロ等使用可。但し、火災、器物損壊等厳禁。
必要以外のガスコンロ、水道、電気を使用してはならない。
6、宿泊費は食事無し、寝具賃貸料光熱費等込み、1日1000円。
第3 允可状授与
1、師範館長の裁量とし、審査費、允可状費は、規則に準ずる。

4-2: Qualified trainees Those who wish to train in Iaido-zanjutsu and who
have the approval of the head of the institute may enter (admit). However,
members of anti-social forces, associates, their critics, and those who
behave violently are prohibited from entering. Even qualified trainees
and their companions may be barred from entering or observing at the discretion
of the head instructor, his/her deputy, assistant head instructor, and
assistant instructor, and such trainees must comply with these measures.
The head instructor, assistant head instructor, acting head instructor,
and assistant instructor will all be flexible in their actions, and trainees
must comply with these measures. Article 1: Strict adherence to laws and
regulations Trainers must strictly adhere to the laws of Japan and the
Yujinkan rules. Those who violate the rules will be expelled, and those
who violate the laws and regulations will be referred to the judicial authorities.
1. Hoki-ryu training (1) Practice will be done using a replica sword, and
each session will be approximately 90 minutes long, including breaks. (2)
Approximately 10:00 am to 11:30 am and 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. (3) Self-training
outside of these hours will be done with the permission of the director.
This will be during busy hours, generally between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
(4) Training fee 1,000 yen each for morning and afternoon sessions. So,
for two sessions in the morning and afternoon, the fee will be 2,000 yen.
2. Makiwaragiri practical training (1) This will be done in accordance
with the rules of Yujinkan, and training by staff members will take priority.
(2) Training fee is 1,500 yen per session. (3) Sword rental fee is 500
yen per session. 3. Fees are to be paid each time or on weekends. 2. Daily
Rules Outside of Training 1. Show respect to staff and those connected
to them, as well as to surrounding residents, and fights are strictly prohibited.
2. Incidents and accidents will be referred to the judicial authorities,
and in the event of fire or damage to property, the parties involved must
pay compensation at their own risk, regardless of whether it was intentional
or negligent. 4. Overnight stays are permitted on the second floor of Yujinkan,
but for a maximum of three weeks. Bringing friends over is strictly prohibited.
5. Those who cook their own meals may use the refrigerator, gas stove,
etc. on the second floor. However, fire and damage to property are strictly
prohibited. Do not use the gas stove, water, or electricity more than necessary.
6. Accommodation costs are 1,000 yen per day, excluding meals, and includes
bedding rental and utilities. 3. Awarding of Certificates of Approval 1.
At the discretion of the head instructor, the examination fee and certificate
of approval fees will follow the rules.
